Hello, I had the pleasure of spend some time with this old character back in early 80's when my father and I were travelling western Queensland.Charlie was a great leather worker and his whips and legropes (for holding down the cattle for branding etc.)were much sort after in the west. Cut a long story short, I purchased an old leather cattleman's whip a few days back,and I have been wondering about him since. I have great memories of old charlie . I would like to find any other stories , family history . Thank-you for any information you may have. Kind regards , Steve.
